Aeromodellers

Brothers Andy and Mark Weight have joined the Club as Social Members for the express purpose of flying model aircraft at Kitson’s Field when it is not being used by the full-sized fleet.  They would welcome the involvement of any members who are aeromodellers, with a view to forming a Modellers’ Section at the Club.  Andy can be contacted at andrew_weight@hotmail.com.
The brothers have imposed their own voluntary restrictions in order to avoid any risk of creating a noise nuisance. They have agreed that only electric power (tractor configuration) and glider models should be used. These restrictions may be reviewed in due course. And, of course, the normal requirements with respect to third party insurance are mandatory.
